It’s as simple as that. If we can’t fix the problem, then we won’t charge you. We guarantee all fixes for 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, let us know! There’s no hidden fees or subscription costs for our services - we’ll let you know everything up front.
Outside Business hours? Not in town? No problem!
We’re here to help. That’s why we don’t charge extra for weekends or after hours support calls. We also don’t charge any travel rates for any work done within Indigo shire.
No job too big or small!
We’re keen to help, that’s why we service clients of any size - we don’t mind if it’s as simple as connecting a new printer, or setting up a new business. We charge in half hour blocks, with a minimum charge of an hour.
Per Hour Tech Support
We charge $110/hour. There’s a minimum of one hour initial charge, with time charged in half hour blocks from there.

We charge $110/hour. Websites typically require a two hour initial consult, however we’re happy to discuss your requirements and provide a quote as required.
Ongoing support options available, or “hand you the keys” to run and maintain your site once it’s launched
